The treatment to which your personal data will be submitted, collected at the time of registration on our websites exclusively attributable to the domain, will be used for the purposes indicated below.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data relating to each purpose is specified alongside each of them.

Sending, exclusively to the e-mail address you provided during the request for information to our format /contatti/, information on goods or services requested by you, (currently on our Website logins do not take place for purchases of our products as we sell directly to retailers) (Legal basis of treatment: Interested party); To help our services to offer more useful and personalized content, such as more relevant search results;
  5. Improve the quality of our services and develop new ones;
  6. Show announcements based on your interests, for example, on the research carried out or on the videos displayed;
  7. Increase security by protecting against fraudulent and illegal activities and carry out analysis and assessments to understand how we use our services. We also have partners that analyse how we use our services;

The personal data relating to the process in question, for the purposes mentioned above, may be

  1. To those within the organization of the title holder who need it due to the position held. These subjects are the persons authorized to treat data under the direct authority of the title holder in accordance with art. 4 n. 10 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter “appointees”);

To subjects whose activity is necessary for the execution of the contracts of which you are a part or to fulfill specific requests (e.g.: Carriers, Suppliers of goods and services and sub-suppliers both national and foreign within the European Union, Companies and institutes in the banking, credit and insurance sectors, Factoring companies, Financial intermediaries, Companies that provide commercial information, Mail delivery companies);
  3. To third parties to whom the title holder possibly externalizes certain activities and which consequently provide the writer with certain instrumental services, in any case related to the treatment and purposes described above, such as for example administrative, accounting, tax, auditing and management service, management of the information system and mass storage, etc. These third parties perform processing on behalf of the title holder and are authorized to process them as Data Processors in accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of the GDPR

For the purposes of marketing and profiling, the data acquired will be stored for 24 months.

We process your information, continuing to apply appropriate safeguards to protect your privacy. This means that we process your information, for example, to:
